August 17, 2017. 4 days until The “Energy Eclipse.”
TODAY’S THEME: BREATHE
The energy between the full moon on August 7th and the Total Solar “Energy Eclipse” on the August 21st is an incredibly powerful time for intention setting.
This is the time when you either use the energy that is happening, or let it use you.
It’s better to work with it consciously.
Breathing is something you do if you are alive, right? So why bother thinking about it? When energy is scattered or overwhelming we forget to breathe evenly. We often take small, short shallow breaths. This keeps the energy from flowing properly. We get stuck energy blockages that feel like nervousness, anger, fear, rage, uncertainty.
Today, work with the rising Energy Eclipse energy by noticing your breathing from time to time. You don’t have to try to force your breathing to change, or do any tricky breathing stunts. Just observe your breathing. The awareness of your breathing will help your breathing to change. If you feel like it, take just one single breath in slowly, and then notice how that feels.
All over the world, in all Mystery Schools, energy and breathing is said to be related. Allow the Life Breath to control the Energy Eclipse energy.
Remember, be conscious of what the energy is, use it, and control or direct it. That is what you want. Control and apply the energy in this simple way today.
The time is counting down, and the energy is ramping up. Let’s use it!
